We like being as transparent and open as possible with both our current clients and prospective customers. Sorry! First of all, we are probably not going to be the lowest bidder for your project. A few people pointed out, "Hey, why should I choose you and shell out big bucks when I can get a pre-packaged solution and have my website done for $500 bucks!". In these cases, our response is usually, "You should go for it". If you are just looking to get your website done at the lowest possible price without regard for quality, we are positively not the best persons. Creating high quality websites involves spending a great deal of time and efforts. Unfortunately, that comes with a price. We are extremely passionate about design and so should you!

So how much does it cost to make your web ideas come to life? Read on, keeping in mind that these are just very rough estimates of what your project could cost. The final cost may be higher or even lower than the following figures...

Web Design Only

Web Design includes PSDs and XHTML and CSS coding. If you are only interested in hiring us to design or redesign your website PSDs, you should expect to spend about $2000 and up, depending on how much time you want us to spend on analyzing your market niche and design, among other things. Adding PSDs slicing and XHTML/CSS coding to the mix would bring total starting costs in the $3000-4000 range.

Content Management Systems

Unless your website gets crazy traffic and your needs can't be satisfied by an already existing CMS application, we will most likely choose a Content Management System among the several currently on the market. Then, we will modify it to tailor your specific website needs. A CMS installation and customization typically starts in the $4000-5000 range.

Custom Applications, multi-lingual websites, search engines and crawlers

Do you have an idea for a web application that goes well beyond a simple 4-5 page website? Maybe a price comparison website or the next Web 2.0 tool which will turn the Internet world upside down? Development of a completely custom application typically starts around $7000 and goes up from there based on the specific application details

Website Maintenance

Website maintenance services are offered both to our current clients for whom we have performed design or development services and all others. Since website maintenance varies greatly by time and details, it's hard to give a cost estimate. Website maintenance can go from a few hundred dollars a month for a few hours of monthly service to several thousand dollars for bigger and more traffic intensive websites.

Programming Work

A sizeable percentage of our work comes from cooperation with other web development firms which, for several reasons, may find themselves at one point in time in need of additional outside help on a certain project. In these cases, we may either give a per job quote or charge by the hour. Interested firms looking for cooperation are encouraged to inquire about the several options available.

Logo Creation and Corporate ID

Logo creation typically starts around $500 and up. A complete branding package will start at around $1500 and go up from there.

Search Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization makes it possible for Internet users to find your website among the millions of websites currently online. Giving a cost estimate for a SEO project without first analyzing your current website structure is actually rather difficult as that depends on how your website has been coded and how your content has been written. It could cost a couple of thousand dollars to several thousand dollars depending on whether the website needs to be rebuilt from scratch or not.
