Frank

Founder and CEO

Frank is both the visionary and technical mind behind Webmantica. He's the typical guy who constantly slips and hits his head on the toilet, waking up right afterwards with some brilliant ideas. With a nose for trouble and a great business sense, he's a Pisces. He loves simplicity and efficiency. He can also be defined as a workaholic beyond the point of no return. He has an insatiable hunger for knowledge and has been known to devour one programming book after another at breakfast time. He also writes code in his sleep, which is a plus. In one of his previous lives, he was a Wall Street trader and a developer of arbitrage programs. He's 34 and holding a BBA degree from Baruch College in Finance and Investments with a minor in CIS. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his 2 Jack Russells.

Fabio

Developer

Fabio and Frank originally met in a NYC pub in 1995 through a common friend. Three years later, while Frank was dragging himself to the most boring Calculus class in college history, he had a sudden deja-vu. Then, a guy from the back of the room turned to him and asked, "Do I know you from some place?". It was Fabio. A few years later, Fabio graduated from college with a 5.0 GPA. Yes, one full point above the maximum allowable. His specialty is finding and fixing bugs in languages he hardly ever uses. Throw a bunch of code with a couple of bugs at him and start counting. By the time you get to your tenth finger, he'll be waiting for you downstairs with a beer in one hand and a grin on his face. He's the typical family man. Since he got married and moved down to Florida he hasn't worn anything but a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. With a brilliant mind and a great passion for programming, he's a Virgo. He's 33 and graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S in Computer Science.

Federica

Federica and Frank first met in NYC in 1998 through a common friend. Federica was looking for a place to stay during her short trip in NYC and Frank offered to share his crappy, bugs-ridden studio apartment in the Upper West Side. In exchange, Federica would take a few artistic pictures of Frank posing as a bodybuilder wannabe. Federica, you see, is an artistic photographer. With a strong sense of discipline and legality and a great talent for visual arts, she's a Taurus. She's been known to sleep with a Photoshop hook plugged inside her forehead, just so she doesn't feel lonely. Sit her in front of a Mac equipped with CS3 and she will make pixels sing. She's 33 and graduated from the College of Photography and Visual Arts in Padua, Italy. Oh, she's married to Frank, so whatever you are thinking, don't!
